1. Delivery Options by Region

We offer different shipping options based on your location:

• Nordic Countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway):
  • Standard Delivery - €5.99 (2-4 business days)
  • Express Delivery - €12.99 (1-2 business days)
• Central Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria):
  • Standard Delivery - €7.99 (3-5 business days)
  • Express Delivery - €14.99 (2-3 business days)
• Other EU Countries:
  • Standard Delivery - €9.99 (4-7 business days)
  • Express Delivery - €19.99 (2-4 business days)

2. Delivery Times

• Orders placed before 2 PM CET on weekdays are shipped the same day
• Delivery times vary by destination country
• During peak seasons (holidays), delivery times may be extended
• Customs clearance may affect delivery times for certain regions

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over:

• Nordic Countries: €99
• Central Europe: €129
• Other EU Countries: €149

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only.

4. Package Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is dispatched. Track your order anytime through your account dashboard.

5. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to all EU member states and select EEA countries. Please note that due to regulations, certain products may not be available in all countries.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries within the EU, there are no additional customs fees. However, special regulations may apply to certain tobacco products depending on local laws.

7. At Delivery

• Age verification (18+) is required for all deliveries
• Please inspect the package upon receipt
• Report any damage immediately to our customer service

8. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your delivery is delayed or lost, our customer service team will:
